Psychotherapy

I offer psychotherapy as a non-judgmental place to grow emotionally and gain insight as we explore patterns or life experiences that may be keeping you stuck and suffering. I work collaboratively with you to experience new understanding of the past or present and develop strategies for well-being.

While the term psychotherapy denotes the mind, I use an integrative approach that incorporates how our thoughts and feelings are interconnected with our body, as the explosion in neuroscience research indicates. Research also shows that it is perhaps the therapeutic relationship — more than the theory or intervention — that is the best predictor of treatment outcome; I prioritize creating a safe place for you in order for you to be your authentic self. It is my honor and privilege to work with you but should you find our work together isn’t productive, I will support you in finding a referral that might be a better fit. My clinical practice is located in Seattle but I am available to see clients throughout the state of Washington. Please note that client and therapist must both be in WA state at time of service.
